Lumpia wrappers
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 can Spam
1 sm. round onion, minced
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 pkg. bean sprouts, chopped
Garlic
Garlic salt
Black and red peppers

Spam Wonton
Wonton Pi (wrappers)
1 can Spam (low sodium) grated
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
6 shiitake, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh shrimps, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
Leaf onions
Shoyu (just a drop)
Oil for deep frying
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Wrap about a teaspoon of mixture on Wonton Pi. Deep fry.

Salami Sushi
1 pkg. hard salami (cut about 22 slices)
Cooked rice
Furikake
Cook salami. Pat off excess oil. Sprinkle furikake on cooked rice. Spoon seasoned rice onto each salami. Server in cupcake wrappers.
Variation: Mix Furikake (pickled vegetables) into rice. Top mix with some furikake.

2 cups (well packed) dried cod fish
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. shoyu
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
3 tbsp. raw honey
1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes or cayenne
Wash cod fish with hot water and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and add to fish.

Tako Poki – Chinese style
1/2 of whole tako, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups imitation crab, cut into bite size pieces
1 can abalone, cut into bite size pieces
Green onion, chopped
Hawaiian salt
Toasted Sesame seed
Chili pepper, minced
3 tbsp. Wesson oil
Heat Wesson oil; pour it over sliced tako. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Hawaiian style Aburage Kim Chee
2 pkgs. aburage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. shoyu
3 tbsp. Japanese vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
3 stalks green onion, minced
2 tbsp. sesame seed
Cut aburage into bite size strips. Mix rest of ingredients to make sauce. Pour sauce over aburage a little at a time, contnue mixing thoroughly. Chill and server

Hawaiian Shoyu Chicken Wings
5ib. chicken wings
1/3 c. shoyu
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. Mirin
1 clove garlic grated
¼ tsp. Ginger grated
pinch of Hawaiian chili pepper
½ c. green onion, finely sliced
½ c. flour
1 tsp. Salt
oil for frying
In a bowl combine shoyu, sugar , Mirin, garlic, ginger chili pepper and set aside.

Hurricane popcorn
8 cup popped popcorn
2 tbsp. Melted butter
½ cup Mochi crunch
2 tbsp. Nori furikake
2 quart plastic bag
Directions:
Put popcorn into the plastic bag. Add melted butter. Close bag and shake vigorously. Add mochi crunch and nori furikake. Close bag and shake again to mix thoroughly.

1 can real crab
1 philadelphia cream cheese

Directions:
Combine crab, cream cheese, green onions together. Wrap in won ton wrappers. Deep fry.
